RockSlikPlant ships to collectors across the globe. Every shipment is individually prepared, documented, and timed for optimal plant health in transit.

⚠️ Import regulations vary by country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that importing bare-root plants is permitted in their country. We will guide you through the documentation process.

Packaging Standard

Bare-Root Preparation

All plants are shipped bare-root, carefully cleaned, inspected, and moisture-wrapped with sphagnum moss to survive long transit times without deterioration.

Insulated Boxing

Plants are secured in double-walled boxes with internal padding, heat packs in cold season, and clear labelling. We do not compromise on packaging.

Pre-Shipment Photos

Every plant is photographed before and after packing. Photos are shared with the buyer for confirmation before the box is sealed.

Full Tracking

All shipments include full tracking. Tracking numbers are shared via Instagram DM or email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Documentation & Compliance

Phytosanitary Certificate — issued by Thailand’s Department of Agriculture for every international shipment.
CITES Compliance — we operate in full compliance with CITES regulations. Documentation available upon request.
Commercial Invoice — accurate commercial invoice included with every shipment.
Country-Specific Requirements — for Australia, New Zealand, USA, and other strict biosecurity countries, additional documentation may be required. We will advise during inquiry.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by destination, courier, and package weight. An exact quote is provided during the inquiry process before any commitment is required. We use private air cargo, Dragon Courier, FedEx, DHL, and EMS depending on destination.
