About the Plants
What types of plants do you sell?
RockSlikPlant specialises exclusively in rare Anthurium specimens — hybrids, selected forms, and collector-grade plants chosen for leaf structure, texture, venation, and variegation stability. We do not sell common varieties or mass-produced plants.
Are the plants CITES listed?
Most Anthuriums are not CITES Appendix I or II listed. However, we provide full documentation for every shipment, and can advise on any CITES requirements specific to your country’s import regulations.
What size are the plants when shipped?
Every specimen is described individually during the inquiry process. We provide leaf count, active growth status, and pre-shipment photos so you know exactly what you are receiving before committing to a purchase.
Are plants in pots or bare-root?
All plants are shipped bare-root — cleaned, inspected, and carefully wrapped in damp sphagnum moss for transit. This is required for international phytosanitary clearance.
Purchasing & Payment
How do I purchase a plant?
Contact us via Instagram DM (@rockslikplant) or email (Jukrawut@rockslikplant.com) to express your interest. We will confirm availability, provide a full quote including shipping, and guide you from there.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Wise Transfer, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Payment method is confirmed during the inquiry process.
Do you require a deposit?
For high-value specimens, a 50% deposit may be required to secure the plant while documentation is prepared. Full payment is required before shipping.
Can I reserve a plant?
Plants can be reserved with a confirmed deposit. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee availability as other collectors may be inquiring simultaneously.
Shipping & Documentation
Do you provide a Phytosanitary Certificate?
Yes. Every international shipment comes with a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by Thailand’s Department of Agriculture. This is a standard requirement for plant export and is included in the shipping cost.
Can you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. However, some countries have strict biosecurity regulations that affect bare-root plant imports (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, USA). Contact us with your country and we will confirm what documentation is required.
What courier do you use?
We use private air cargo, Dragon Courier, FedEx, DHL, and EMS depending on destination and availability. We always choose the option with the best transit time and reliability for your region.
What if my plant arrives damaged or does not survive?
Please see our DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy. We require unboxing video evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We take every reasonable step to ensure healthy arrival.
Plant Care
How do I care for the plant after it arrives?
After unpacking, place the plant in a shaded, humid area for 1–2 weeks to recover from transit stress. Do not repot immediately. Keep humidity above 70%, temperature 20–30°C, and avoid direct sunlight during recovery.
What substrate do you recommend?
We recommend a well-draining, chunky aroid mix: orchid bark, perlite, sphagnum moss, and activated charcoal. Anthuriums prefer to be moist but never waterlogged.
Is transit stress normal?
Yes. Some leaf yellowing or softness is normal after long transit. This is not a sign of a dying plant — it is recovery. With correct conditions, most specimens stabilise within 2–4 weeks and resume active growth.
